Fluid & Fit Exercise Class

Adults/Seniors of all fitness levels

Combining the benefits and qualities of Yoga, Tai Chi, swimming and dance, Fluid-and-Fit exercises are great for alleviating pain, stiffness and fatigue. With chair and standing exercises, this gentle workout strengthens and stretches the entire body.

 Wear comfortable clothing and socks.

About the Instructor

Natalie Graniela is a Postural Alignment Specialist (PAS) certified by the Egoscue Institute® and a certified GYROTONIC ® and GYROKINESIS ® trainer with a background as a professional modern dancer.
