This invigorating workout focuses on calisthenics (using body weight rather than equipment) and interval training (where an exercise is sustained for 30-45 second with a few seconds rest period in between). The workout is intense, but participants of all levels are welcome to join and work at their own pace.
Wear comfortable clothing and socks.
