Combining the benefits & qualities of Yoga, Tai Chi, swimming and dance, Fluid-and-Fit exercises are great for alleviating pain, stiffness and fatigue. With chair and standing exercises, this gentle workout strengthens and stretches the entire body.

Wear comfortable clothing and socks.
